AIGF Ranked is a small, disclosed operation, not a call center. We do not run a staffed phone line or a physical support desk, and we are not going to pretend we do. What we have are two honest channels that reach real people: the Swipey community Discord, and a corrections and questions inbox. Pick whichever fits what you need.

What to expect

We are not a 24/7 desk. Expect a human reply to anything actionable, not an instant SLA. Score and feature corrections move fastest because they edit the page directly; general questions and partnership notes are read in order.

  • Corrections to a tier, a feature cell, or a rival description: tell us the page and what is wrong. We check it against the app's public feature set and fix the live board.
  • Questions about how we graded something: point us at the dimension and we will explain the call, or send you to the methodology.
  • Partnership or press: say what you have in mind. We disclose every relationship and will not run undisclosed placements.
