Cookie Policy
The cookies AIGF Ranked uses, why, and how to switch the optional ones off. Short version: essential cookies keep the site working, and nothing else runs until you say yes.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser, along with similar technologies like localStorage. They let a site remember things between page loads, such as whether you have accepted analytics. This policy covers how AIGF Ranked, a comparison site owned by the team behind Swipey AI, uses them.
2. The cookies we use
We keep this short because we use very few.
- Essential (always on): storage that remembers your cookie and analytics consent choice so we do not re-ask on every visit, plus anything strictly needed to serve the page. These do not track you across sites.
- Analytics (optional, consent-gated): privacy-first, aggregate measurement of page views and rough traffic sources, used to see which rankings are useful. These load only after you accept in the consent banner, never before.
3. What we never use
- No third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site behavioral tracking.
- No social-media pixels loaded without consent.
4. Consent, and how it works
On your first visit, a consent banner appears defaulting to the most privacy-preserving option: nothing non-essential runs until you choose. If you accept, optional analytics begin and your choice is stored locally. If you decline, only essential storage is used. The banner is dismissible and accessible by keyboard.
5. Managing or clearing cookies
- Change your mind: clear this site's storage in your browser to make the consent banner reappear, then choose again.
- Block everything: your browser settings let you block or delete cookies for any site. Blocking essential storage may mean we re-ask for consent on every visit.
- Private browsing: incognito or private windows discard storage when you close them.
6. Outbound links and Everflow
Clicking a Swipey AI link passes our own internal, first-party Everflow parameters in the URL so we can measure our own referrals; we earn no third-party affiliate commission on them. That is link-level attribution, not a tracking cookie we set on your device. Once you reach any third-party app, that app's own cookie policy applies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our cookie use changes. The "updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
8. Contact
