1. Who we are

AIGF Ranked ("we", "us", "the site") is a tier-list and comparison website about AI girlfriend and AI companion apps. The site is owned and operated by the team behind Swipey AI. Swipey AI is our own product, and it is ranked #1 on our tier list. This relationship is disclosed on every ranking page and throughout the site. AIGF Ranked is one site in the Companion Review Collective, a network of comparison sites run by the same team.

2. Adults only (18+)

This site and the apps it covers are for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). Some apps we review allow adult and NSFW content. By using AIGF Ranked you confirm you are of legal adult age. If you are not, please leave the site.

3. Nature of our rankings

Our tiers and scores are editorial opinion formed from hands-on comparison, not aggregated user ratings and not an independent audit. Because we make Swipey AI, our ranking of it should be read as the makers' own view, which we state openly. We aim to be accurate and to credit rival apps wherever they genuinely lead, but you should do your own research before choosing or paying for any app.

• No fabricated reviews. We do not invent user testimonials, star counts, or reviewer identities. Our editor persona is illustrated and disclosed as such on the about page.
• Feature facts are checked against each app's public feature set at the time of writing and can change without notice as apps update.
• Prices and free tiers are described qualitatively and change often; confirm current pricing on the app's own site before you pay.

4. Affiliate and commercial disclosure

Links to Swipey AI use our own internal, first-party tracking (Everflow) so we can measure our own traffic. We do not earn a third-party affiliate commission on Swipey links, because Swipey is our own product. Links to competitor apps are provided for your convenience and carry no commission to us; they use standard no-commission attributes. We do not run undisclosed paid placements.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, reverse-engineer, or damage it. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish our content wholesale or present it as your own.

6. Intellectual property

The AIGF Ranked name, logo, tier-list design, written rankings, and original graphics are ours. Third-party app names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only. No endorsement by those third parties is implied.

7. Third-party links and apps

We link to external apps and sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, safety, or data practices. Once you leave AIGF Ranked, the destination's own terms and privacy policy apply. Review them before signing up or paying.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it, including choices about which app to use or pay for.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and the category evolve. The "updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
